Over the course of his 15 year legal career, Mr. Davis has handled a variety of civil and criminal matters, providing him with a wealth of diverse experience and a comprehensive knowledge of the law. Today, he regularly advocates on behalf of tenants' rights, helping renters to fight and avoid eviction and collect on security deposits. As a solo practitioner, Mr. Davis gives personal attention to every aspect of his clients' cases, from writing letters to appearing in court. Work is never passed off to paralegals, as it often is in larger firms. In addition to maintaining his own practice, Mr. Davis performs pro bono services through Legal Aid of North Carolina, advising and representing those who cannot afford an attorney.
